Tennessee drunk driving accident kills 1

Police officers were busy when they headed to a domestic disturbance but found themselves investigating a Tennessee DUI accident as well.
According to the Commercial Appeal, police found a 21-year-old man swinging his fist at another person and then flee in a car with a passenger.
The 21-year-old driver wrecked the vehicle at the intersection of Summers Wells and Birdsong Ferry roads, causing a Tennessee drunk driving accident that killed the passenger who was ejected from the vehicle.
The driver has been charged with a Tennessee DUI, among other offenses.
